Q1. What materials are your products made from?
We use medical-grade platinum silicone as our main material. TPE is an alternative on some overseas-warehouse stock items. Each unit rests for 48 hours plus a one-by-one quality check. 99.5% ship without defects.

Q4. What does the packaging look like?
Plain unbranded corrugated cardboard. No logo, no brand mark, no product name. The sender name is a neutral English abbreviation.

Q8. Which parts can be customised?

Q9. Can I add smart features?
Yes. Smart add-ons on an existing SKU: face customisation, body customisation, intimate customisation, AI companion (smart facial expression, auto body heat, AI voice interaction, motion + pose).
Q10. Can I customise from a reference image?
Yes — three routes: Photo custom (you provide an image) · AI generation (up to ~90% similarity) · Hybrid (photo + AI post-edit). We never replicate existing celebrities or public figures.

Within 48 hours of contract signing you can cancel unconditionally (80% deposit refund). After 48 hours only partial refund.
Q15. Warranty
From delivery date, the entire unit is covered for 1 year. Manufacturing defect = free replacement or repair, freight on us.

Q16. Resale Policy
SLC does not support second-hand resale. Resold items are not covered by warranty and not eligible for hygiene-return. No official buy-back.
Q17. Dropshipping and Distribution
Dropshipping is supported. All distribution / agency forms are welcome. Tiers: Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum with 8%–20% commission. Cross-currency settlement (USD / EUR / AUD / JPY / CNY). Channel protection (tier-1 / tier-2 geographic isolation).
We welcome: cross-border e-commerce owners (Etsy / Shopify / Amazon / eBay), social media KOLs, affiliate promoters, traditional distributors, private-brand agencies, dropshipping newcomers.

AI companion scope: heating, micro-vibration, micro-expression, eye tracking, voice synthesis. Does NOT do vacuum, dishwashing, laundry, cooking, flight booking, food delivery, video summary, quantum computing, interstellar navigation.
